Account & Data Deletion Request

This page explains how users of Testlet Cosmetology application can request deletion of their account and any associated data.

To operate the Service, provide your account and maintain security we collect and store the following personal information, that is provided by you when you create an account. 

  • Email Address – used to create and manage your account, authenticate your login, communicate with you, and link purchases across platforms (web, Google Play, and Apple).
  • Password – stored in encrypted form for secure account access.
  • User Name – chosen during sign-up and displayed in your account.
  • State of Residence – used to tailor exam preparation based on state requirements.
  • Secondary Language (optional) – used to enable bilingual study features.

We do not store any other personal data. For more information please read our privacy policy.

How to submit your request

To request deletion of your account and all associated data, please send us an email that includes:

  • Your username
  • The email address associated with your account
  • A clear statement that you are requesting account deletion

Please note that the request must be sent from the same email address that is linked to your account.

What happens next

If an account with the provided username and email exists, we will contact you at that email address within 10 business days to confirm that the request is legitimate.

After confirmation, your account and all associated stored data will be permanently deleted.

Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove all data associated with it, including your progress, exam details, and any purchased upgrades. These purchases are non-refundable once the account is deleted.
